1. Contract Authority and Nomination to Receive Notices – Home Loan/Investment Home Loan

This form is used to establish a method of operation. Where there are two borrowers you can arrange for only one borrower to authorise certain transactions on the loan account. For more details refer to Method of operation – servicing made easier.

Additionally, where there are two borrowers, this form can be used where the loan is regulated by the Consumer Credit Code (this excludes Investment Home Loans) to establish a nomination for correspondence.

2. Direct Debit Authority

Use this form to set up or change the account where your monthly repayments are debited from.

3. Acknowledgement, Consent and Proof of Identity

This form is your consent to obtain some information on the personal finances of yourself and any other applicant from a credit reporting agency. It also enables us to communicate personal details of all applicants to organisations to whom we outsource certain functions. You must consent to this prior to proceeding with an application. This form will be forwarded to you together with your loan documentation, for your completion.
